The BUMC Adult Discussion Group will meet via Zoom and in-person in the Chapel, at 10:45 a.m. As a group, we enjoy lively discussions around books, podcasts, and articles related to contemporary issues from a spiritual and social justice perspective. PRAYER TOOLKIT: Investigating Prayer. This weekly small group will investigate prayer and is designed to reinvigorate your prayer life. We will study different ways to pray as well as Biblical examples of prayer and learn how to connect with the Holy Spirit, culminating in a silent afternoon retreat. We will meet Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30pm (location TBD) October 11- November 29th. Open to young professionals through their 40’s to help grow community within this population of our church.
