Family Promise: The mission of Family Promise is to empower families experiencing homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency through early learning opportunities, partnerships, services, and advocacy.
Warming Center: Our Bozeman Warming Center offers emergency shelter to anyone in need, including families with children, single adults, and couples. The space provides each individual or group with separate sleeping areas. Trained staff and volunteers are on-site at all times during operating hours.
Early Response Team Disaster Relief: As the emergency phase winds down, Early Response Teams (ERTs) arrive to help. A main goal is to listen to the survivors, to find out what their needs are. Further tasks might include tarping roofs to limit water damage, removing damaged household items, cleaning, removing wet sheetrock. Typically a team stays for just three days and is replaced by another team as needed.
Fork & Spoon: Fork & Spoon is Montana’s first pay-what-you-can restaurant. We focus on creating homegrown, scratch-made cooking using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Everyone is invited to join us for a delicious evening meal at a price you can afford.
Love INC.: Love In The Name of Christ (Love INC) mobilizes local churches to offer a holistic approach to care for people in all areas of life: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.
Tujenge Africa Foundation, Burundi: Through its diverse portfolio of initiatives, Tujenge Africa Foundation strives to create thriving educational centers of thought and inspiration to transform youth in post-conflict regions into innovators, leaders, entrepreneurs, and peace agents in their communities.
Gallatin Valley Food Bank: Gallatin Valley Food Bank’s (GVFB) mission is to improve food security throughout Southwest Montana. Our vision is to create a healthier, more resilient, food-secure community in which all of the members are empowered and have the means to nourish themselves.
Hays-Lodgepole Schools Supply Drives: We help collect and supply books, school supplies, hygiene items and winter clothing for children and youth at Hays-Lodgepole Schools at least 2 times a year.
International Mission Partners
East Angola Partnership: The Mountain Sky Conference of the United Methodist Church has had a relationship with the East Angola Conference of the United Methodist Church since 2003. We provide missionary support, pastor support and support the Quessua Mission Projects.
Siloe School & San Salvador Community: Thru the Wilkinson Family Foundation, we send help via volunteers and funds that promotes and supports education in El Salvador. Working across a spectrum of public and private schools, a juvenile detention center and an island literacy center, our work ensures a quality education for the children of impoverished communities and broken neighborhoods.
United Methodist Committee on Relief: UMCOR is the relief arm of the United Methodist Church, aiding those in need globally. They respond to disasters, provide assistance, and train partners.
